  • Q: I have health issues- will that be a concern? A: it's best to check with your Gp first that you are ok to attend. I ask all students to fiill out a Registration Form before enroling. There are a few serious health issues that would prevent a student attending classes.
  • Q: What do I wear to class?  A: loose, comfortable layers you can easily move in - leggings, tee/top, shorts for men.
  • Q: Can I wear shoes or socks?  A: socks are worn for relaxation & warmer layers are needed too. However the yoga class is done in bare feet.
  • Q: Can I drink water in class?  A: It's best not to, plus yoga is unlike other classes where you need constant hydration.
